Car detailing for Rai and HSIIDC
A car parked in the Rai industrial estate from morning to evening collects fallout that ordinary washing leaves behind. Our Sonipat studio is about 12 km away.
What a day in the estate does to paint
The HSIIDC estate at Rai has factories making auto parts, engineering goods and packaged products. Between them they release metal dust and chemical fallout that drifts onto every car in the parking lots. In summer, that fallout heats up on the paint and can etch small marks into the clear coat.
Then the drive home along NH-44 adds truck soot and tar. By the weekend, the car is carrying two layers of dirt, and neither comes off with a bucket of water.

How we strip industrial fallout
Decontamination is the most important part of a detail for a Rai car.
Foam and hand wash
Snow foam, then a two-bucket wash, so loose metal dust is rinsed off before anything rubs the paint.
Iron remover
Sprayed on every panel and the wheels. It dissolves embedded metal particles and turns purple as it works.
Clay bar
Takes off tar from NH-44 and anything the iron remover did not, leaving the surface smooth.
Polish where needed
Light etching and swirls come out with a machine polish on Gold and Platinum.
Seal it
A spray sealant, or a ceramic spray sealant on Platinum, makes fallout harder to bond next time.
A work car cabin, before and after
Factory dust comes in on uniforms and shoes and settles into everything.

Factory dust inside the car
Fine industrial dust in the seats gets stirred up every time you sit down or switch on the blower. A vacuum lifts some of it, but most stays in the fabric and the vents.
A Gold detail steams the seats, panels and vents, shampoos and extracts the carpets and finishes with an odour treatment. Owners of leather-trimmed cars also get the seats cleaned and conditioned, so dust does not grind into the creases.
Colleges, schools and short trips
Not every Rai car belongs to someone at the estate. Plenty are used for school runs and trips to the colleges along NH-44, which means short drives, lots of stopping and starting, and kids getting in and out with muddy shoes.
These cars need less paint work and more cabin work. A Silver detail every month keeps the floor and seats under control, and a Gold every few months deals with spills, stains and the smell that builds up in a closed car parked in the sun.
A routine that suits Rai cars
Based on cars that park in the estate five or six days a week.
Rinse once or twice a week
Plain water on the paint stops fallout sitting there for days.
Silver every three to four weeks
Foam, two-bucket wash, wheels, glass and a full vacuum.
Gold every two to three months
Adds iron and clay decontamination, a polish and the full interior deep clean.
Platinum once a year
Two-stage correction, headlights, engine bay and glass sealant. See the full comparison on the car detailing page.
Dropping the car on the way to work
There is no studio in Rai, so the car comes to our Sonipat head office on Sai Baba Road. Many customers drop it in the morning on the way to the estate and collect it in the evening, which fits a Gold detail neatly. Pickup and drop can be arranged on request.
If the car does NH-44 every day, consider front PPF against stone chips. Our PPF for Rai page covers the options, and prices for every package are on the price list.

Questions people ask
Can industrial etching be removed?
Light etching usually polishes out with a single-stage polish. Deeper marks may need two-stage correction, which is part of Platinum. We check the paint before starting and tell you what to expect.
Can you collect the car from my factory?
Pickup and drop can be arranged on request. Send us the factory location and a time, and we will confirm when we can collect.
Why does my white car have rust-coloured dots?
Those are iron particles from industrial fallout and brake dust that have started to oxidise on the surface. The iron remover dissolves them, and clay takes off what is left.
How often should I rinse the car if it is parked in HSIIDC?
Once or twice a week with plain water helps a lot. A proper wash with a pH-neutral shampoo every week or two, and a Gold detail every two to three months, keeps fallout from building up.
Do you clean the engine bay?
Engine bay detailing is part of Platinum and can be added to Silver or Gold. In a dusty industrial area, it also makes it easier to spot oil leaks early.
Can you remove juice and food stains from fabric seats?
Most fresh and medium stains come out with steam and extraction in a Gold detail. Old stains that have set for months may fade rather than disappear fully, and we tell you that before we start.
