PPF for cars parked in the Rai industrial estate
Metal dust and factory fallout land on your car all day, and NH-44 adds stone chips on the way home. Film takes both, fitted at our Sonipat studio nearby.
Two kinds of damage, one car
Rai cars usually face a mix that most town cars do not.
Fallout from the estate
Fine metal particles, soot and chemical dust from the factories land on cars parked outside all day and bond to the clear coat.
Etching in summer heat
When that fallout bakes on a hot bonnet, it can leave small marks in the paint that do not wash off.
Stone chips from NH-44
The highway runs right past the estate, and trucks heading to and from it throw gravel at every car behind.
Wash scratches
Gritty dust wiped off at the end of a shift leaves swirls all over the paint.
See what PPF covers
Choose a coverage to see which panels get film, then watch the seven steps we follow on every panel. The stone chip and self-healing tests show what the film does on the road. Drag the car to look around it.

How film handles industrial fallout
PPF is mostly sold as stone chip protection, and on the highway that is its main job. In an industrial area, its top coat does a second job. It resists staining and chemical marks better than bare clear coat, so fallout sits on the film instead of eating into the paint.
That does not mean you can leave the car dirty. Fallout left on film for weeks will still dull its surface. But a regular wash takes it off the film, and if a piece of film ever does get marked, that piece can be replaced while the paint underneath stays untouched.
This matters most for people who drive a good car to work and leave it in an open lot for nine or ten hours. The paint is exposed for far longer than it is driven, and that is where most of the slow damage happens.
Why prep takes longer for Rai cars
Iron particles from the estate are often already bonded to the paint when the car reaches us. If film went over them, you would feel tiny bumps under it, and edges near them would struggle to stick. So every Rai car gets an iron remover treatment and a clay bar before anything else.
We then check the paint under lights with you. Any etching or swirls are polished out where possible, because film would only lock them in.

Getting to the Sonipat studio
There is no studio in Rai itself. The car comes to our Sonipat head office, about 15 km away, usually a 25 to 30 minute drive. Many people who work in the estate or at the education city campuses drop the car on the way in and arrange to collect it later.
Pickup and drop can be arranged on request. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed on Sundays.
Setups that work for Rai owners
These cover the most common patterns we see from the estate and the campuses nearby.
| Daily pattern | What we suggest |
|---|---|
| NH-44 commute, parked in the estate all day | Full front PPF and ceramic coating on the rest |
| Short local trips, covered parking | Partial front or ceramic coating alone |
| New dark car, keeping it long term | Full body gloss PPF |
| Busy staff parking with doors close together | Add door edge guards |
Aftercare when you park near factories
No washing for the first week. After that, wash every week or two with a pH-neutral shampoo, and rinse well first so the grit comes off before the mitt goes on. An iron remover every few months helps on cars parked near metal works.
A ceramic coating over the film makes fallout easier to rinse off between washes. For regular cleaning, see car detailing for Rai.
PPF comes with a written warranty, up to 5 years depending on the film. Prices for every coverage level are on the price list.
Questions people ask
How far is your studio from Rai?
About 15 km, usually 25 to 30 minutes. Pickup and drop can be arranged on request.
Can industrial fallout damage the film?
If it is left for a long time, it can dull or stain the top surface. Regular washing prevents that. If a section is badly marked, only that piece of film needs replacing, not the paint.
Is ceramic coating alone enough for a car parked in the estate?
If you rarely use the highway, a ceramic coating may be enough, since it helps fallout rinse off. It does not stop stone chips, so for daily NH-44 use we suggest front PPF as well.
Why do you use iron remover before fitting?
Cars from the estate carry bonded metal particles that a normal wash does not remove. Fitting film over them leaves bumps and weak spots. Removing them first gives a clean, flat surface.
Can my company's fleet cars be done?
Yes. Talk to us about the number of cars and the coverage you want, and we will plan the slots. Fleet cars on daily highway runs usually get full front film.
Will film hide etching that is already on the paint?
No. Film is clear and shows what is underneath. We polish out etching and swirls where we can before fitting, and tell you upfront if some marks are too deep to remove fully.
Where can I check PPF prices?
On the price list, which shows every coverage level.
