PPF coating at our Panipat studio
Trucks between Delhi and Karnal throw grit at every car on GT Road. We fit clear, self-healing film at our Refinery Road studio so the paint underneath stays as it left the factory.
Where Panipat cars pick up chips
Panipat sits on NH-44, the old GT Road, and the truck traffic between Delhi, Karnal and Ambala does not stop at night. Anyone who drives to Samalkha or Delhi a few times a week knows the tick of gravel hitting the bonnet. After a few months it shows up as small white chips along the front edge.
The city adds its own problems. Fallout from the refinery side and the textile and dyeing units settles on cars parked outside all day, and the fine dust gets wiped across the paint every time someone cleans the car with a dry cloth. Film handles both: it soaks up the stone hits and gives the dust a tougher surface to sit on.
We also see a lot of cars that only do city runs between Model Town, the bus stand and the industrial sectors. Those still collect wash scratches and door dings in busy market parking, so they do not always need the same coverage as a highway car.
See what PPF covers
Choose a coverage to see which panels get film, then watch the seven steps we follow on every panel. The stone chip and self-healing tests show what the film does on the road. Drag the car to look around it.

Fitted at our Refinery Road studio
Our Gold franchise studio on Refinery Road, opposite Imperium Height, does PPF in-house, so you do not need to drive the car down to Sonipat. It is close to the Indian Oil CNG pump and Elite Hotel, which makes it easy to find.
The studio works Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Many customers from Israna, Madlauda and Samalkha drop the car in the morning and collect it on a later day once the film has settled. The address card on this page has directions.

Matching coverage to how you drive
These are the setups we suggest most often to Panipat owners. Full details of every option are on the main PPF page.
| How the car is used | What we usually suggest |
|---|---|
| Mostly inside the city, short trips | Partial front, plus door edge guards |
| GT Road to Karnal or Delhi every week | Full front PPF with headlamps and mirrors |
| Parked outside near the refinery or factories all day | Full front PPF and a ceramic coating on the rest |
| New car, dark colour, keeping it for years | Full body gloss PPF |
| Want a different colour without a respray | Colour change PPF |
What happens after you drop the car
The order is the same every time, because skipping prep is what makes film lift and bubble.
Walk-round
We check the paint with you under lights and note any chips or repaint before work starts.
Deep clean
Foam wash, iron remover and clay to pull out highway tar and industrial fallout bonded to the clear coat.
Polish if needed
Light swirls are corrected so they are not sealed under the film.
Film on
Pre-cut film is laid with slip solution, squeegeed and wrapped around edges where the panel allows.
Settle and hand over
The car stays in while the adhesive grips. You get the warranty card and aftercare advice at pickup.
Living with film in Panipat dust and heat
May and June in Panipat are hard on cars parked outside, but heat actually helps PPF. The warmth is what lets the top coat pull light scratches closed. Dust is the bigger worry. Rinse it off with plenty of water before you touch the car, and avoid brush washes and roadside cloths.
If you want washing to be quicker, a ceramic coating at the Panipat studio can go on top of the film. For tired paint that needs work before film, see paint correction in Panipat.
PPF comes with a written warranty, up to 5 years depending on the film. For prices by coverage and car size, see the price list.
Questions people ask
Do I need to take my car to Sonipat for PPF?
No. The Panipat studio on Refinery Road fits PPF itself. You can call the studio on +91 99917 05055 to book a slot.
Does PPF help with refinery and factory fallout?
Yes, to a point. The film's top coat resists staining better than bare clear coat, and fallout sits on the film instead of bonding into the paint. It still needs washing off regularly, ideally before it bakes in the sun.
Will the film peel in Panipat's summer?
Properly fitted TPU film is made for heat and does not peel from sun alone. Edges lift when prep is rushed or when a pressure washer is held close to them. We wrap edges where we can and tell you how to wash near them.
I drive to Delhi daily. Is partial front enough?
For daily GT Road use, we usually suggest full front. Partial coverage leaves the fenders and headlamps open, and those take a lot of hits at highway speed. Partial is fine for mainly city driving.
Can you fit PPF on a car that is a few years old?
Yes, if the paint is in reasonable shape. We correct swirls first and point out any chips that the film will cover but not erase. Deeply chipped panels may need touch-up or paint work before film.
Where are the PPF prices?
On the price list. They depend on coverage, finish and the size of the car.
