PPF for Gohana cars in crushing season and after
Cane lorries and trolleys drop mud and gravel on every road into town. Clear, self-healing film keeps the chips off your paint, fitted at our Sonipat studio.
What the crushing season does to cars
When the Gohana sugar mill is crushing, overloaded lorries and tractor trolleys move between the fields and the mill all day and late into the night. Pieces of cane, clods of mud and gravel fall onto the road and get flicked up by the next set of tyres. If you follow a trolley for a few kilometres, you can hear it on the bonnet.
Sticky cane sap and mud also land on the paint, and roadside washers usually deal with them with a rinse and a dirty cloth. That combination leaves chips on the front and fine scratches everywhere else.
We see the result on cars that are only two or three years old. The bonnet edge is peppered with small white dots, the bumper has a dull patch where mud was scrubbed off, and the owner is already thinking about a repaint. Film fitted early avoids most of that.
See what PPF covers
Choose a coverage to see which panels get film, then watch the seven steps we follow on every panel. The stone chip and self-healing tests show what the film does on the road. Drag the car to look around it.

The rest of the year
Outside the season, Gohana drivers still use the bypass and the roads towards Sonipat, Rohtak and Panipat, all of which carry trucks and buses. Grain market dust settles on parked cars, and narrow village roads lined with hedges leave long scratches on the sides.
So the case for film here is not just one season. It is a year of small hits that add up.
Winter adds fog. Cars come out wet and grimy most mornings, and the quick wipe before leaving for work is where a lot of swirl marks begin. The self-healing top coat on film deals with those light marks far better than bare paint does.

Planning the trip to Sonipat
There is no studio in Gohana. Your car comes to our Sonipat head office, which is about 35 km away and usually 50 minutes to an hour by road. Because it is a longer drive, it helps to book ahead so the car goes straight into the bay when you arrive.
Pickup and drop can be arranged on request. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and you can call +91 70561 03055 to fix a date.
Before the film goes on
Cars from around the mill need a careful clean first.
Sap and mud removal
Dried cane sap and mud are softened and lifted, not scrubbed, so they do not scratch the paint on the way off.
Decontamination
Iron remover and clay pull out grit that is bonded to the clear coat.
Paint check
We show you any chips or scratches already there, and polish out light swirls before fitting.
Fitting and edge check
Film is laid, squeegeed and wrapped at edges, then every edge is checked before handover.
Looking after film in Gohana
Wait a week before the first wash. After that, wash off sap and bird droppings quickly, because both turn sticky and stubborn when baked in the sun. Rinse dust off before any cloth touches the car.
For less effort between washes, a ceramic coating can go over the film. If the cabin has taken a beating from mill dust too, see interior detailing for Gohana.
PPF comes with a written warranty, up to 5 years depending on the film. Costs for each option are on the price list.
Questions people ask
Do you have a studio in Gohana?
No. PPF for Gohana cars is fitted at our Sonipat head office, about 35 km away. Pickup and drop can be arranged on request.
Is it worth driving an hour for PPF?
Film is a one-time job that lasts for years, so most owners find one trip worthwhile. It also helps to bring the car when you have other work in Sonipat.
Will cane sap damage the film?
Sap left to bake in the sun can stain any surface. On film it usually washes off with warm water and shampoo. Rinse it off soon rather than letting it sit for days.
Should I fit PPF before or after the crushing season?
Before, if you can. That way the car is protected when the trolleys are busiest. Film fitted after the season will still protect it, but chips from the season will already be there.
Can PPF be removed later?
Yes. Good TPU film comes off factory paint cleanly with a little heat. That is also why colour change PPF is popular, since the original colour is underneath.
Does film help on the hedge-lined village roads?
Yes, if the sides are covered. Light scratches from branches usually heal in the sun, and deeper ones stay in the film rather than the paint. Front-only film will not protect the doors, so ask about side coverage if you use those roads often.
Where can I see the prices?
