What to send for an accurate quote

A quote is only as good as the details behind it. Send us the car model and year, because a Swift and a Fortuner take very different amounts of film, coating and time. Tell us your town too, so we can point you to the right studio or check pickup.

For paint work, photos in daylight help the most. Take them outside, not in a basement or under a tube light, and get the bonnet, roof and any panel that worries you. Scratches, swirls and faded clear coat all look different in sunlight.

Finally, say what is actually bothering you. Stone chips from the highway, a smell in the cabin, a hot interior in May, fine circles on black paint. Describing the problem often gets you a better suggestion than naming a service.

When we reply

We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Messages that arrive during those hours are usually answered the same day, often within a short while if the team is not in the middle of a job. Anything sent in the evening or on Sunday gets a reply the next working morning.

Prices for every service are on our price list, so you can get a rough idea before you message. If you just have a question, the FAQ page may already answer it.

How booking and pickup work

Once you are happy with the quote, this is what follows.

Choose a date
We offer the next free slot, or a later day that suits you. Protection jobs need the car for a day or more.
Drop off or pickup
Bring the car to the studio, or ask for pickup. It is free on Gold and Platinum packages within Sonipat and arranged on request elsewhere.
Work and updates
We send updates on longer jobs and call if we find something new, like a hidden dent, before doing anything extra.
Collect the car
Check the finished car with us under the studio lights, then drive home or have it dropped back.

Questions people ask

Can I get a price without bringing the car in?

Yes. For most jobs the car model and a few daylight photos are enough. For heavy paint damage we may ask to see the car before giving a final figure.

Do you reply on Sunday?

The studios are closed on Sunday. Messages sent then are answered on Monday morning.

Do I need to pay an advance to book?

Tell us when you book and we will confirm what is needed for your job and slot. For larger jobs like full body PPF, we explain the payment terms at the time of booking.
